By accessing or purchasing from New Sunflower Nursery Pvt. Ltd. ('the Nursery', 'we', 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our storefront and services.
Plants are living organisms subject to natural biological variations in size, foliage density, and flowering cycles depending on season and climate. We guarantee that all plants dispatched from our Sankhamul facility are robust, pest-free, and thoroughly inspected by our horticulturists at the time of handover or dispatch.
All online orders and custom landscaping consultations are subject to stock availability and scheduling confirmation. Delivery timelines within the Kathmandu Valley and surrounding regions are estimates; we prioritize specialized, gentle transit for sensitive botanical specimens to prevent foliage damage.
Due to the perishable nature of live flora, return requests must be filed within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by photographic evidence if a plant suffers transit shock or severe root damage. Non-plant merchandise (pots, tools, organic fertilizers) may be returned within 7 days in original condition.
Consultation slots booked via our online scheduling tool are reserved exclusively for you. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. In-person nursery walk-throughs and diagnostic sessions are conducted by certified master horticulturists.
All logos, photography, digital plant guides, care documentation, and custom UI components on this website are the proprietary property of New Sunflower Nursery Pvt. Ltd. and protected under applicable trademark and copyright laws.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kathmandu/Lalitpur, Nepal.
